You know those days – start working too early and end too late, wolf down dinner and go straight to class or some other commitment. (Looking sheepish now ’cause I know better.)
My head finally hits the pillow and it occurs to me that I did nothing just for myself that day. So I say to DH, “Crap! I did absolutely nothing for myself today.” I’m feeling guilty for missing my new daily goal.
Then sweet husband and sometimes master of the obvious (especially when I miss it) says to me, “You can… not beat yourself up about it.”
Duh, good idea. I go to sleep.

Great advice from your hubby! I need to add it to my list too! I just joined the challenge yesterday and am very excited to see what changes we all make.
